Surrender Is Our Greatest Strength
“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.” — 1 Peter 5:6 (NKJV)
The world often tells us that strength means control—pushing harder, striving more, and never letting go. But God’s Word reveals a deeper truth: real strength is found in surrender. When we humble ourselves before Him, we are not giving up—we are placing ourselves into the care of the One who holds all things together.
Surrender is not weakness; it is trust in action. It means releasing our need to control outcomes and allowing God to lead. In His hands, our burdens become lighter, our paths become clearer, and our hearts find peace. What we cannot carry, He already has.
When we surrender, God lifts. When we yield, He strengthens. And in letting go, we discover that His power works best in our weakness.
Lord, teach me to surrender fully to You. Help me to trust Your plan above my own and to find strength in letting go. I place my worries, plans, and desires in Your hands. Lead me, and be my strength. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Team Wade loves you and there's nothing you can do about it ❤️👊
