Leading from Our Knees
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.” — Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)
Leadership in God’s kingdom doesn’t begin with standing tall—it begins with kneeling low. The world teaches us to lead through strength, confidence, and visibility. But Scripture shows us a different path: true influence flows from surrender.
When we bow in prayer, we acknowledge that God is the true leader and source of wisdom. Our plans, no matter how well thought out, are limited without His guidance. Time spent on our knees is not wasted—it is where clarity is formed, strength is renewed, and hearts are aligned with His will.
Even Jesus Christ often withdrew to pray before making decisions or facing challenges. If He led through prayer, how much more should we?
Today, before you take action, pause. Seek God first. Let your leadership—at home, school, or among friends—be shaped in quiet moments with Him.
Lord, teach me to lead from my knees. Help me depend on You before I act, and trust Your wisdom above my own. Shape my heart so that everything I do reflects Your will. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Team Wade loves you and is praying for you ❤️👊
