No Condemnation
“Already you are as much forgiven as you will be when you stand without fault before the throne of God.” - Charles Spurgeon
“So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.” - Romans 8:1 NLT
“Once again you will have compassion on us. You will trample our sins under your feet and throw them into the depths of the ocean!” - Micah 7:19 NLT
“And I will forgive their wickedness, and I will never again remember their sins.” - Jeremiah 31:34 NLT
Judgment to eternal separation from God was settled on Calvary’s cross for all who will call upon the name of the Lord. So the question becomes, who are those people who have truly called upon the name of the Lord? Jesus tells us we will know them by their fruit. For the true believer, our calling is not to produce the fruit. That is the Holy Spirit’s job. Our job is to bear that which Christ produces in us. May the assurance of knowing that Jesus took our judgment on Calvary’s cross be enough to move us into a life of obedience and surrender.
This is the year of learning to be.
Be in God’s word.
Be in constant prayer.
Be in constant communication.
Then, “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.”
