Vital Signs: Thursday, June 20, 2024

If we’ve been around church long enough and studied the Bible long enough, we know that the great commandment is to love the Lord of God with all of our heart soul mind and strength, and love our neighbor as our self. We also know the great commission is to go you therefore and make disciples and teach them to observe all the things That God taught us.

So the question for today is why are we here? What is our purpose in existence?

I believe that the above paragraph according to the word of God says it all. I believe it is the responsibility and the privilege of all believers to set the environment and create the culture. I also submit that accomplishing these goals will come through the pursuit of the fundamentals.

1-A relationship with God

2-strengthening our relationships with family

3- strengthening our relationships with our circle of influence

4-Sewing into the next generation

5- Remembering that while we have the freedom in how we accomplish the purpose, the purpose must never change.
