Taking Responsibility

Could this be the year?

The Relational Law of Responsibility

Principle 1

I am 100 percent responsible for my thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors.

Principle 2

I am 0 percent responsible for the thoughts, the feelings, the beliefs, and the behaviors of others, including my spouse.

Principle 3

In relationships, we influence each other’s thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. We do not determine them.

I pray that this be the year for each of us taking responsibility for ourselves. The changes that need to occur in attitude, in health, spiritual growth, etc.

We must stop blaming and pointing fingers at the church because we are the church. We must look within, take responsibility, and seek the Father for help.

We must stop blaming the government and start taking responsibility, which is to pray for the government.

We must stop blaming our spouses and start taking responsibility for our role in the relationship.

I’ll pray for you and ask that you pray for me that this will be the year of taking ownership and responsibility of ourselves.
