True Faith

Jesus taught that true salvation produces visible spiritual fruit. A changed heart leads to a changed life.

In the Gospel of Luke, John the Baptist warned the people:

“Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance…” — Luke 3:8 (NKJV)

Repentance is more than words or emotions; it is shown through a transformed life. When a person truly comes to Christ, the evidence appears in their character, actions, and obedience to God. Fruit does not save us, but it reveals that salvation has genuinely taken root in our hearts.

Jesus also said: “Every tree is known by its own fruit.” — Luke 6:44 (NKJV)

Just as a healthy tree naturally produces good fruit, a believer abiding in Christ will increasingly display love, humility, forgiveness, obedience, and righteousness. Spiritual fruit is not about perfection, but direction—growing to become more like Christ.

Salvation is God’s gift by grace, yet genuine faith will always produce evidence of God’s work within us.

Lord, let my life bear fruit that honors You. Help my words, actions, and attitude reflect a heart truly changed by Your grace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
