God is my Shield and Protector

We live in a fallen world, meaning there are worries all around us. There are worries about our life, our safety, and our health. The world fears danger and has no sense of security. But the fully powerful Creator God has bound Himself to us as our faithful guardian. He is our shield and protector – He has not called us to fear but to trust Him.

"But You, O Lord, are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭3‬:‭3‬ ‭NASB1995‬‬

Pray with me-

Thank You, Lord, that You have declared Yourself my Perfect Protector! You are my shield: You shield me from every and any harm. You Yourself cover me and are my refuge. I am sorry for the times I have not believed this and been afraid of all physical, spiritual, and emotional harm. You want me to find refuge in You. Today I believe that I am never alone; I never have to fear because the God of heaven covers me with His wings of protection and His truth shields me. Please help me remember Your promise of protection and help me in my unbelief. Amen.
