Living Stones, Transforming the World

“You are coming to Christ, who is the living cornerstone of God’s temple. He was rejected by people, but he was chosen by God for great honor. And you are living stones that God is building into his spiritual temple. What’s more, you are his holy priests. The church is not a building made of bricks and mortar; it is a gathering of believers whose hearts have been transformed by the power of God. We are living stones sent into the world to minister as priests to those who are not a part of the church. As we minister, the lost experience the results of our transformation through Christ. Our love and compassion toward them draw people to Christ and His church. Called to be living stones that build the church, we are also called to impact the world for good and for God.
