The One Who Holds Tomorrow

“My times are in Your hand.” — Charles Spurgeon

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV)

The future can feel uncertain. Plans change. Doors close. Unexpected challenges arise. We often wish we could see what tomorrow holds so we could prepare ourselves. But God never asked us to know the future; He asks us to trust Him with it.

Our understanding is limited, but His wisdom is perfect. Our vision is short, but His perspective is eternal. While we may not know what lies ahead, we know the One who walks ahead of us. He is already in our tomorrow.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” — Jeremiah 29:11 (NKJV)

The same God who has been faithful in your past is holding your future securely in His hands. Nothing surprises Him. Nothing is beyond His control. So when uncertainty whispers fear, let faith answer: I may not know what tomorrow brings, but I know the One who brings tomorrow.

Prayer:

Father, I give You my future. Help me trust You when I cannot see the way. Remind me that You are already there, guiding my steps. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Team Wade is crazy about you and praying for you ❤️
