The Strength of a Threefold Cord

“Communion is strength; solitude is weakness. Alone, the free old beech yields to the blast and lies prone on the meadow. In the forest, supporting each other, the trees laugh at the hurricane.” — Charles Spurgeon

“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 NKJV

Yes, it takes bravery to live in unity. In movies, novels, stories, and even athletic teams, the brave one is a standout or works alone. But unity truly is the high road, isn’t it? In American culture, we idolize the Lone Rangers; but in everyday real life, it’s not about doing life alone. It's understanding that you, plus me, plus a relationship with Jesus empowered by the Holy Spirit equals the supernatural. That's what brings the Father glory, and that's the will of God!

I choose unity!

Team Wade is praying for you. We love you and there's nothing you can do about it ❤️👊
