Vital signs- Monday, February 8th, 2021

God does not just extend the fullness of His grace and overflowing love during the good times in our lives. God can use our doubts, our fears, and our pain for His glory. Nothing is wasted or without purpose. We can be assured that all of our struggles are in the loving hands of our loving Father.

What do your doubts, fears, or anxieties reveal about your confidence in God? God’s grace pours out love, kindness, favor, and forgiveness to all who place their trust in Him. Grounding our lives in God’s promises in His Word gives us the confidence to trust His will and His plan for our lives.

Father God, I thank You for loving me even when I struggle with doubt. Lord, help me to trust Your will and Your plan for my life. Help me to see life from Your grace-filled perspective and not my own. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“How long, O LORD? Will You forget me forever? How long will You hide Your face from me? How long shall I take counsel in my soul, Having sorrow in my heart daily? How long will my enemy be exalted over me? Consider and hear me, O LORD my God; Enlighten my eyes, Lest I sleep the sleep of death; Lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed against him”; Lest those who trouble me rejoice when I am moved. But I have trusted in Your mercy; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation. I will sing to the LORD, Because He has dealt bountifully with me.”

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭13:1-6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
