Vital signs- Monday, December 25th, 2023

Christmas is about God. It’s the story of God the Father sending His Son to be born as the God-man, Jesus Christ. The salvation of sinners is initiated by God and ultimately accomplished by the sacrifice of God. The people and events that surround Jesus’s birth are not impressive because they are displaying a God who is. Mary and Joseph were scared teenagers, Bethlehem was not a grand town, and Jesus was born in lodging for animals. There is no mistaking: Christmas was accomplished by God and God alone. This Christmas morning, as we read the story of the birth of Jesus, let our response be: “Look what God has done!” Join the angels by declaring, “Glory to God in the highest heaven.”

”Then suddenly there appeared with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host (angelic army) praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest [heaven], And on earth peace among men with whom He is well-pleased.”“

‭‭Luke‬ ‭2‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭AMP‬‬

You are so loved

Merry Christmas!❤️🎄
