The Beginning of Hope
On Good Friday we pause to remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ; a moment of deep sorrow, yet even deeper love.
“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” (Luke 23:34)
In the midst of pain, betrayal, and injustice, Jesus chose forgiveness. He didn’t respond with anger or revenge, but with grace. That’s what makes Good Friday so powerful: it shows us that love can endure suffering, and mercy can rise even in the darkest moments.
Today, take a moment to reflect:
- Where can you choose forgiveness instead of holding on to hurt?
- How can you show love, even when it’s difficult?
Good Friday reminds us that what looked like the end was actually the beginning of hope.
Lord, thank You for Your sacrifice and Your love that never fails. Help me to walk in forgiveness, humility, and grace today. Amen.
Team Wade loves you and is praying for you ❤️
