The Power of Unity in Christ

Jesus prayed this for His disciples:

“And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me." — John 17:22-23 (NKJV)

Jesus was expressing His deep desire for us to experience and reflect the nature of the God who created us and brings us into His family. There is an incredible purpose to our unity. It’s not just helpful—it’s godly and powerful.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! For there the Lord commanded the blessing—Life forevermore.” — Psalm 133:1, 3 (NKJV)

When the world sees believers living, thriving, and functioning in unity and love, God is pleased, and people are drawn to know and believe in Jesus Christ.
