Gifts

“he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.” - ‭‭Romans‬ ‭12‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The leader, the administrator, organizer, facilitator, the one who loves to direct traffic – is the one who loves to plan and get the job done. This is the group of people who if not careful will run over people in order to complete the project that is designed to help those very people. Leaders must avoid at all cost, the temptation to operate in all seven gifts, because in doing so, they can sideline many other gifted people who desire to be a part of God's big picture plan.

“Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.” - Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Remember- a gift without love is nothing but clinging noise!
