Great Things Come Through Tribulation
“Not only so, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.” — Romans 5:3–4
No one asks for tribulation. We don’t pray for hardship, loss, or pressure. Yet Scripture reminds us that some of the greatest spiritual treasures are formed in the furnace of difficulty.
Tribulation is not wasted time. It is training ground. When life presses in, perseverance is born. When perseverance takes root, our character deepens. And when our character is refined, hope rises—not wishful thinking, but confident trust in God’s faithfulness.
A diamond is formed under pressure. Gold is purified by fire. Muscles grow through resistance. In the same way, God uses tribulation to shape strength within us that comfort never could.
If you are walking through a hard season, take heart. What feels like breaking may actually be building. What feels like delay may be divine development. God is not absent in your tribulation; He is active, refining, strengthening, and preparing you for something greater.
“The life we build in times of peace will be the life we live in times of pressure.” — Cam Welsh
Great things often come through great trials. Hold on. Hope is being formed in you.
Prayer:
Lord, help me trust You in seasons of tribulation. When I don’t understand the pressure, remind me that You are producing perseverance, character, and hope in me. Give me strength to endure and faith to believe that You are working all things for good. Amen.
Team Wade is praying for you and loves you and there’s nothing you can do about it ❤️👊
