Faithful Stewards of Grace
“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” — 1 Peter 4:10 (NKJV)
God has uniquely gifted every one of us. Whether your gift is teaching, encouraging, serving, creating, leading, or giving, it is not accidental. It is intentional. The Bible reminds us that our abilities are expressions of God’s grace: freely given, yet entrusted to us with responsibility.
Stewardship means managing something that belongs to someone else. Our talents, time, and opportunities ultimately belong to God. Like the servants in the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25:14–30), we are called not to hide what we’ve been given out of fear or comparison, but to use it faithfully for His glory.
We may sometimes feel our gifts are small or insignificant. But in God’s kingdom, faithfulness matters more than prominence. When we offer our gifts back to Him—no matter how ordinary they seem—He multiplies their impact beyond what we can imagine.
Today, ask yourself:
- Am I using what God has given me?
- Am I serving others with my abilities?
- Am I honoring God with my time and talents?
A faithful steward does not seek applause but seeks to please the Master.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You for the gifts You have placed in my life. Help me to use them faithfully and boldly for Your glory. Teach me to serve others with humility and gratitude, remembering that all I have comes from You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Team Wade is praying for you and loves you and there’s nothing you can do about it ❤️👊
