Pursuing Holiness Over Happiness

Father, today we pursue the holiness of Christ, not the happiness of our own desires. Lord, I long for the peace that only comes from a walk with You. I place my trust in You because Your promises have proven true even in the times that life doesn’t deliver happiness!
