Vital Signs: Saturday, June 22, 2024

One of the greatest truths that God has taught me is the difference between the discovery of my mission, and the knowledge of how to accomplish the mission with great effectiveness . In (Romans 12:3-8) Paul teachers us the different motivational gifts but in (1 Peter4:10-11) we learn the how to.

“God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as though God himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then everything you do will bring glory to God through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.”

When it comes to serving grab these five things

1- God is not looking for talented people.

2-God is looking for people who make themselves available.

3- In and of ourselves we do not have what it takes.

4-God will equip whoever he calls to do whatever he calls them to do.

5- Through the power of the Holy Spirit all things are possible.

Whenever Jesus calls just say yes !
