Vital Signs - Tuesday, June 11th, 2024

My mom lives her life in such a way as to provide a strong example of a woman who pushes beyond fear to live out God‘s plan for her life. I think about her, trusting her heart to another man who became her husband and later, my father. She knew that one day, death could take him before her. If so, she would have to face life alone without him. However, her love for him, demanded action. So, she said, “I do”.

For us to say I do to a journey with Christ demands action as well . So we must choose to say “I surrender!”

“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”
