“And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives.””

Satan looks for opportunities and leaps to accuse God in our hearts. He tells us God is angry with us , disappointed in us etc. if God loved us Surely he would make things easier.

Remember it's out of love that God disciplines his church. Therefore don't lose heart. He is saving us from what really will destroy us.
