Commitment is defined as the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause or activity.

Perseverance is a steadfastness in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. We all want to be! So, when we fail or when it’s difficult, it's easy to quit and pursue something else.

Paul said, "So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless."

I Corinthians 15:58

Our teams, marriages, and churches need people who are immovable and not quick to give up or quit when we fail or don't get our way.
