The human body has more than 600 skeletal muscles.

Their combined potential is to lift 5 tons if leveraged at the same time the same way. The hardest working muscle is the heart. It pumps 25 gallons of blood through 60,000 miles of veins, arteries and capillaries every single day.

The largest muscle is the gluteus maximus. The strongest muscle is the jaw which can exert 200 pounds of force on the molers. But only one muscle can give you the strength to not do what you should not do, it's the "No"muscle. You exercise this muscle via "will power". ( don't lose me here, stay with me)

The Bible says everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial.

It's the difference in good and great. Good is the path of least resistance. Go after great my exercising the "no muscle"when it comes to settling for good. It's going to take "will power"- Not my will, but Gods will!

“saying, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.””

‭‭Luke‬ ‭22:42‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
