Vital signs- Friday, July 24th, 2020

Word of God- The Lord replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” Exodus 33:14, NIV

Message from God-My presence is with you throughout your day and can provide calm to your soul. Stress, worry, and anxiety are created when you run ahead of Me and try to control your circumstances and your life. Apart from Me, you can do nothing. Converse with Me and ask Me to steer you. Stop striving to please Me and others. I love you as you are. You will find rest in Me when you completely trust Me to manage your life. When you feel overwhelmed or anxious, enter into My presence and rest. I am always with you and will give you everything you need.

Prayer-Spirit of God, I can do nothing apart from You today. Thank You for always being with me. Help me to live in constant dependence and awareness of You and teach me to rest in You.
